When it is freezing out and you are stuck indoors more than you would like, you must not rely on food for your pleasure and comfort. Spread your food out over the course of the day and make sure your meals meet your requirements for the next 3 hrs only. Similar size meals, compositionally controlled, need to be distributed evenly over the course of the day. When we are bored, we start to look for tasty treats to make us happy. Try working out or looking through an exercise magazine to re-focus your goals, as this often will uncover those motivated driven feelings within that remind us why we exercise.
